Terms of Engagement

We are happy to provide our letter of engagement for consideration if instruction is being considered.

​Conditions and terms are negotiated with instructing parties.

We accept Legal Aid funded cases as well as private reports.

​Our turnaround time is normally between 8 - 12 weeks but can be negotiable pending current clinical workload.

Please note this is not a definitive list and must be discussed at time of engagement. It is dependant on the nature of instruction.
